Implementation in trouble?
Let's get it back on track.
Your implementation went sideways. Your consultant disappeared, or the team that sold the project isn't the team delivering it. We take over failed and stalled Acumatica projects — diagnose what went wrong, stabilize what's broken, and build a realistic plan to get you live, preserving what you've already invested.
Sound Familiar?
The scenarios we get called into.
Stalled with no clear path forward
Months in, the go-live date keeps moving and nobody can say exactly what's left to do — or why.
Failed go-live
You launched, it didn't hold, and now you're running the old system and the new one in parallel — badly.
Consultant turnover
The people who knew your project are gone. Every meeting starts with re-explaining your business.
Broken integrations and bad data
Orders don't sync, journal entries don't balance, and the team has stopped trusting the system.
Most failing implementations show warning signs long before the crisis. We wrote them up in 5 Signs Your Acumatica Implementation Is Failing.
How a Rescue Works
Four steps. No blame, no drama.
01
Audit
Configuration review and data-integrity check: what was built, what works, what doesn't, and why.
02
Re-scope
A realistic go-live plan based on the work, not the original sales deck — with clear milestones and owners.
03
Stabilize
Fix the integrations, reporting, and data problems that erode trust — the things your team feels every day.
✓
Go live
Across the finish line — with the same senior consultant who did the audit still on the project.
What we need from you to start
A rescue assessment doesn't require a big lift from your team. With a few things in hand, the diagnosis usually takes days, not months.
And it's a two-way read: you get an honest assessment of where the project stands — even if the answer is that your current partner should finish it.
The starting checklist
- Admin access to your Acumatica instance (sandbox is fine)
- The original scope or statement of work, if you have it
- An hour with the people who live in the system daily
- A straight answer about what "done" looks like for your business
Rescue FAQ
Can we keep our current Acumatica partner (VAR)?
Yes. Your license relationship and your services relationship are separate. Many companies keep their VAR as partner of record for licensing while we handle the rescue — and we regularly work alongside reselling partners, not against them. More on that split in Consultant vs. VAR.
How long does a rescue assessment take?
A fresh set of certified eyes can usually identify the core issues in days, not months. The output is a realistic, re-scoped plan to go-live — then you decide who executes it.
We're already live but the system isn't working. Is that a rescue?
Yes — half-live is one of the most common scenarios: broken workflows, integrations that don't sync, reports nobody trusts. Same path: audit, stabilize, then finish what was left undone.
